Our Gold Coast mediation rooms provide a private setting to resolve disputes without the stress of a courtroom. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and productivity, they’re ideal for family law matters, negotiations or confidential discussions. Room hire is available at Michelle Porcheron Lawyers, located centrally on the Gold Coast at 84 Ashmore Road, Bundall, QLD 4217.

Our space can facilitate three rooms that can seat four people in each room, and has sufficient space between each room to not overhear any discussions. There is also one main boardroom for the mediator to operate from.

Our tranquil location has an outdoor area, including a pool and scenic views of the Gold Coast canals.

Access to secure Wi-Fi is available on the entire premises. Photocopying is included in the fee for reasonable mediation documents (i.e. Consent Orders reached, etc.). Tea and coffee facilities are likewise included. Secretarial facilities are not included; however, our friendly staff shall accommodate all persons to the best of their ability.

Booking Fees

Half Day Room Hire: $300 + GST

4 hours from either 9.00 am until 1.00 pm, or 1.00 pm until 5.00 pm
Two rooms and one breakout room

Full Day Room Hire: $400 + GST

8 hours from 9.00 am until 5.00 pm
Two rooms and one breakout room

The fee for hire is due 7 days prior to the booking date. We will use our best endeavours to accommodate changes to alternative dates for mediation due to any illness or other emergency that arises. Any rescheduled mediation date will not incur any cancellation fees.

Parking

Parking space directly out the front of the premises is subject to availability. The street parking directly out the front of the premises is unmetered. Parking any vehicle at the premises of Michelle Porcheron Lawyers or on council land adjacent to Michelle Porcheron Lawyers is parked at the liability of the owner of the vehicle or their agent. Any damage to or by any vehicle is not the responsibility of Michelle Porcheron Lawyers, and by parking at our premises, you agree to these terms and conditions.
