EXPERIENCE
Michelle has practiced law for the past 25 years since graduating from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1994. Michelle is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and Queensland and the High Court of Australia.
Michelle is passionate about providing old fashioned service to clients and has a community conscience. Michelle volunteers for Cancer Council, is a Magic United Football Club Sponsor and also does pro bono work for Women in Refuge Crisis. Michelle also volunteers for Women’s Legal Service Queensland and at Robina Community Legal Centre.
Michelle’s wealth of knowledge of law expands over Family and De facto Law – including property settlements, children’s issues, financial agreements, divorce and domestic violence – Child Protection matters, Conveyancing, Wills and Estates and Criminal Law.
Michelle herself is a mother of three and understands the complexities of families. Michelle and her associate’s diverse knowledge, of not only law but business, is indispensable in today’s complex world where many people’s issues are not resolved by focusing on one area of law, requiring instead the migration of various areas of law and business knowledge.
Michelle Porcheron has obtained Accreditation from the Queensland Law Society in Family Law. This is a National standard of specialisation allocated through an advanced peer review program of study in the area of Family Law. As an Accredited Specialist, Michelle is highly skilled in Family Law and committed to undertaking continued legal education to maintain her specialty in Family Law.

Lena is a highly skilled conveyancer and is dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction.
With over 25 years experience, Lena has a wealth of knowledge for both purchasing and selling properties State-wide.
Lena understands that clients purchasing or selling properties seek a hassle-free settlement and attends to same with diligence and an eye for detail.
Lena is also passionate about her pet animals and her AFL football team.
EXPERIENCE
As a legal practitioner, Charlotte is passionate about advocating for clients’ rights in the area of Family Law. Charlotte’s primary focus is ensuring the best interests of the children are at the forefront of each parenting matter, and that a just outcome is reached for property settlement.
Charlotte joined Michelle Porcheron Lawyers in April 2017 as a Paralegal and has now progressed to a Legal Practitioner within the firm. Charlotte graduated from Griffith University in 2017 and completed her Post Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice in 2018. This allowed Charlotte to be admitted in the Supreme Court of Queensland in mid-2018. Charlotte is also a member of the Queensland Law Society as well as the Family Law Practitioner’s Association.
The multiple areas of Family Law that Charlotte practices in include parenting matters, property settlement, domestic and family violence, divorce proceedings, child support, relocation, urgent recovery orders and the like. Charlotte has represented clients locally in the Magistrates Court and also in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia for Mentions, Trials and Appeals.
In her spare time, Charlotte also volunteers with the Robina Community Legal Centre and assists with both Family Law matters and Domestic Violence matters, enjoys attending FunRuns and loves attending Lions AFL matches.
Charlotte understands the difficulty imposed on clients during separation. Charlotte aims to resolve Family Law matters through mediation where clients have more opportunity to voice their concerns, however, does not shy away from the use of the Court system when needed.
Anna Matsuoka

EXPERIENCE
Anna joined Michelle Porcheron Lawyers in June 2019 as part of her Diploma of Law Graduate. Anna has shown an eye for detail and a proficiency in the area of Family Law. Anna has progressed to an admitted Family Law Practitioner throughout her time working with our firm.
In December 2018, Anna graduated from Griffith University Law School and obtained a bachelor of laws. Anna completed her Post-Graduate Diploma with the College of Law shortly thereafter.
Anna can speak two languages proficiently, being Japanese and also English. This allows Anna to have a wide-base of clients being able to communicate as a Japanese Family Lawyer as well as with her English speaking clients.
The areas that most interest Anna in Family Law and has a strong affinity to are parenting matters, including child recovery orders, Hague matters, as well as live with/spend time with Applications, including Departmental involvement. In addition to parenting, Anna is well versed in property matters, Binding Financial Agreements and all areas of Family Law.
Anna is a member of the Queensland Law Society and an avid advocate for her client’s interests. In her spare time, Anna enjoys playing piano and spending time with friends and family. Anna grew up on the Gold Coast and has a wealth of local knowledge of the area.
